Most importantly: Learn how to use this context to support healthier relationships through establishing boundaries, self-compassion, and self-respect.
Intro to Inter- &
Intrapersonal Relationships
Your role as a care partner is crucial in maintaining your loved one’s quality of life. But how are you, really? Learn how to care for yourself so that you can sustain the quality of life for you both. Attendees will have the opportunity to explore simple, accessible techniques and practices as they learn that it’s OK (and essential) to fill their own cups first.
